This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when using this multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

When users register and use the application, we collect the following personal information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address

This information is collected solely for account creation, authentication, and providing access to application features.

2. How We Use Information

The collected information is used only to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Authenticate users securely
• Provide access to application services
• Communicate important account-related information

3. Data Storage and Security

User data is stored securely on protected servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

5. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time directly within the application by opening the sidebar menu and selecting Delete Account (located at the bottom of the menu, below the Logout option).

Once deletion is confirmed, the user account and all associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only while the account remains active. When an account is deleted, all associated personal data is permanently removed.

7. User Rights

Users may update or correct their personal information at any time within the application. Users also have the right to request account deletion as described above.
